Women's International Auxiliary records, [ca. 1940-1990].

The collection consists of records of the Women's International Auxiliary (WIA) of the Communications Workers of America, and its predecessor the International Typographical Union from ca. 1940-1990. The convention series includes correspondence, reports, meeting transcripts, budget information, and membership lists for the WIA's annual meetings. The LABEL FACTS series contains copies of the WIA's publications from 1941-1987. The printed material consists of charters and convention proceedings (1911-1965). The audio recordings contain reel to reel recordings of the annual conventions from 1977-1983.
